Love the video quality
The form factor is great, the look is understated (which is what you want in a security camera) and the build is sturdy. I like the overall placement of the cable and how it tracks behind the mounting base and I appreciate the thoughtful location of things like the rubber stopper that hides the SD card and the layout of the lights.
The picture is great in both color and B&W night vision. The camera is easy to maneuver using the app, in order to aim it. As long as you have motion tracking turned on, it follows the subject, recording all the way. Again, a HUGE WIN for this camera. I love this feature. If it sees a bad guy, it follows the action.
I've tried a few different outdoor security cameras over the years, but the PC640 Outdoor Security Camera is by far the best. The video quality is top-notch and the camera's features are impressive. I especially like the motion detection and notifications, which have helped me catch some suspicious activity around my property. This camera is definitely worth the investment.
